About the Creator
👋 Hi, I’m Aman. A product designer based in Bombay, India.
I love icon fonts, they are easy to use and implement, and saves you searching the internet every 2 minutes. Because IÂ couldn't find good icon fonts, IÂ created my own.
With Smplkit I plan to create one place you can find coherent icon kits, in distinct styles.

Roadmap
What good is a project if there aren't 10,000 things you wanted to do. Here are mine, and IÂ plan to expand Essential Icon kit and add more icon kits accordingly.
Add 800 more Icons to Essentials Icon Kit
Expand the current icon library from 500 icons to 1000 icons.
Create and document a developer’s workflow
Make the icon font easy to use with SVG, <i> tag and spritsheets.
Add another icon kit
Create another icon kit with it's own unique style
Advanced spritesheet creation
Add functionality to create spritesheets based on selected icons
Easy SVG Code export
Add an option to get SVG code of any icon of choice by clicking on it
Built Using
The icons were converted to a desktop-usable font using IcoMoon. This drastically reduced my creation time. Thanks guys!
The website is built and hosted on Webflow. They have got some amazing tutorials as well.
The filtering of icon categories was done using the amazing Isotope library created by David DesAndro.
The search was coded from scratch by me. So thank you Aman, you’re an amazing developer. *chuckles*
